For PwC Consulting Lightmaker created a four-hour e-learning course on the principles of performance improvement (POPI), to teach newly hired consultants how to handle tricky management situations. The course featured manga-style animations and interactions, all created by Lightmaker. Students were immersed in a rich, complex scenario where they had to make the right decisions, with the support of animated coaches, to succeed.
The course was delivered via a learning management system to over 60,000 consultants worldwide. It was widely praised by these consultants as “fun”, “effective” and how “all training should be”.
Working in close partnership with SMS Lottome, Lightmaker developed a site, its user interface, and all of the back end supporting technology platforms enabling the SMS payment management as well as creating secure and true random lottery numbers generation. This is a massive infrastructural development with a clear, demonstrable and flexible revenue generation model.
