Lightmaker partnered with Microsoft to pilot its innovative new technology, Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF). Using WPF, rich Internet applications can be created then run, not in a browser, but directly on the desktop. This opens up a whole new world of interactive design possibilities.

Lightmaker teamed with Microsoft to create a community application for the World Olympians Association (WOA). The WOA community desktop application features an internal e-mail system, videos, photos, chat, blogging, and everything else a community would need - all presented in a very appealing way.
